“Making Noida and Greater Noida Earthquake Resilient”

On behalf of Architects Association of Greater Noida (AAGN), we have great pleasure in inviting you for a Technical Session on “Making Noida and Greater Noida Earthquake Resilient” at 5:30 pm on 3rd May (Wednesday) 2023 at Hotel Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida. We are extremely privileged that the event will be attended by the following dignitaries:
- Dr Pradeep Kumar Ramancharla, Director CSIR- (Central Building Research Institute) CBRI, Roorkee,
- Dr DP Kanungo, Chief Scientist, CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee,
- Dr Ajay Chourasia, Chief Scientist, CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee
The issue is extremely relevant to the area since there have been multiple incidents of earthquakes in the region and architects need to be aware of the measures to be taken to increase the resilience of the built environment to such events.
The event is supported by ACC cement & Ambuja Cement and is part of the Adani Cement knowledge initiative – Concrete talk. The registrations are open to a limited seats of 100, on a first come first serve basis. There will be a panel discussion followed by Question & Answers.
The professionals invited are the leaders in their field and it is a great honour that they have agreed to grace the occasion. The event will be followed by cocktails and a fellowship dinner.
